About Blue Herons

Blue Herons Inc. is a 501 c3 tax exempt organization that is different from most other non-profits. We DO NOT accept any state
or federal grants for any of our programs. All of our contributions come from individuals and or private foundations that want to
determine themselves where their donations go, instead of allowing the government to give it to anyone, and anything.
Again, with Blue Herons, YOU decide where your hard earned money goes.
Please choose one of the following programs in which you would like to donate:
NATIVE CULTURAL PRESERVATION:
Within this program, we teach and promote the importance of preserving Native culture through song and dance, craftwork,
traditional dress and etc.
NATIVE MEDIA
Within this program, we hope to one day, have adequate media outlets of our own, such as television, and radio, which will
serve to educate and keep our people informed in many different areas.
ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AND CONSERVATION
We as Natives have been given the responsibility of preserving our mother earth for our future generations to come. With
this responsibility comes the need to teach and remind all races of the importance of this, by leading by example. Donations
to this will help with waterway and roadside cleanups; help us to act as a “watchdog” for anyone who pollutes and or
otherwise destroys the environment; and help us to create “green” communities that can be replicated anywhere.
